When customers are choosing their payment method for orders, they'll find the 'Cash on Delivery (COD)' option. This method enables you to pay for your order with cash upon product delivery, offering a convenient and secure purchasing option, particularly if you prefer settling payments in person upon receiving your items. To use this option, select 'Cash on Delivery' during checkout, and our delivery personnel will collect the payment from you at your doorstep."

Conditions for Cash on Delivery

• Delivery Time: After order confirmation, delivery time is 1-2 Working Days.
• Delivery Charges: In Doha, there will be a 15 QR delivery charge for orders below 349 QR. Orders of 349 QR or more qualify for free delivery. Outside of Doha, a 25 QR delivery charge will be applied

Refund Policy

• To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned in a saleable condition within 5 days of receipt.
• When checking out, select 'Cash on Delivery,' and our delivery personnel will collect the payment from you upon delivering your order to your doorstep.
